Don't let the date on that picture fool you. This year's My Kinky Valentine took place on 2/17/2018 at the notorious Threshold Society, North Hollywood's premier BDSM dungeon and sex-positive educational center located at 11300 Hartland St, North Hollywood, CA 91605
Since 1982 Threshold has been a kinky family dedicated to exploring BDSM and other forms of kinky play in a safe, sane, and consensual atmosphere. They are a non-profit, education based volunteer organization that has empowered people of all sexual identities and affiliations to be who they truly are.
We have a very special place in our hearts for the community and staff of Threshold. Their events are smaller and shorter compared to most of the larger weekend long conventions we vend at, but they make up for it by being one of the most dedicated, conscientious, and positive communities we have encountered. The facilities are well designed and managed, the staff is intelligent, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the members truly act as a family. Everyone knows and looks out for each other and there is so much love and adventure in the air you can almost taste it. For this reason, we will attend as many Threshold events as possible as we just love having an excuse to go there.
This year's My Kinky Valentine party was a rousing success much thanks to a very dedicated staff and an all star team of volunteers! Many thanks to them! As usual, the illustrious Victoria impressed us with her coordinating skills and sparkling personality and took care of us vendors in ways we never thought possible. Can't wait for the next one!
